Holiday pay


The Insolvency Service has announced changes to how it will calculate holiday pay payments in light of recent case law confirming that payments for contractual commission and voluntary overtime should be included. 


This applies to the calculation of holiday payments from now on, but also has retrospective effect in some cases.
