One third of workers suffer from depression, stress or burn out

A recent survey of 1,200 people across the UK by the mental health charity, the Depression Alliance, showed that a third of people struggle to cope with depression, stress or burn-out at work. The survey revealed that over four-fifths (83%) of those affected felt isolated and lonely.
