Blacklisting

Len McCluskey, leader of general union Unite, has instructed a barrister to examine allegations that its officials colluded with blacklisting companies.

According to The Guardian, the barrister is to scrutinise documents that were disclosed in the high court law suit that led construction firms to pay £75 million compensation to blacklisted workers last year.
