Help for migrant workers

A guide to the rights of migrant workers has been published by the TUC with the assistance of the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants and the Labour Research Department. The guide explains who can work in the UK, the employment rights of migrant workers, typical problems they face and describes some union campaigns for organising migrant workers.
