Voluntary sector deals

The Save the Children charity has agreed a 3% pay rise across the board, with no other changes to terms and conditions.

Meanwhile Age Concern England agreed a range of increases with most staff getting 2.6% or more, but 32.8% getting 2.4% or less. There were bigger increases for some (4% of staff got 3.9% and a further 11.6% got an increase of 3.4%) but less for others (21% only got 1%).
