Train company cuts hours

Alstom West Coast Traincare reduced the working week from 38 to 37 hours as part of an April pay settlement increasing pay rates by 4.1% or £800, whichever is greater. The reduction will be taken as “banked hours” subject to rosters being agreed at local level.
