British Airways 'legal blitz' on Election Reform Society

Len McCluskey, Unite general secretary, has accused British Airways of a “legal blitz” against the Electoral Reform Society (ERS), which oversaw a third cabin crew vote in favour of industrial action last month.

ERS decided, “on the basis of protecting its own legal position”, to issue a qualification in its report on the ballot which meant the union could not call action based on it, McCluskey said.
