Scilly recognition

The non-TUC Independent Pilots Association has gained collective bargaining rights for pilots employed by the Isles of Scilly Skybus, part of the Isles of Scilly Steamship Group.

The Central Arbitration Committee awarded union recognition without a ballot after accepting that the majority of the workers in the bargaining unit were members of the union.
