Maternity repayment

Enhanced company maternity pay for staff at the Birmingham Hippodrome no longer has to be repaid should the employee decide not to return to work, entertainment union BECTU has agreed.

Improved sick pay is also part of the deal and follows a positive outcome in 2012 which included improved holiday entitlement and pensions.

This year’s pay rise was 2.7%, last year’s 2.5%.
