Jailed for manslaughter

Farm manager Andrew Stocker has been jailed for two and a half years for the manslaughter of two workers on a fruit farm on the Blackmore Estate, Hampshire, owned by Tory peer Lord Selbourne.

Stocker was found to have been responsible for encouraging and supervising the practices which led to the deaths by suffocation of Scott Cain and Ashley Clarke at an apple storage facility.
