Corporate manslaughter 


Executives from construction firm Linley Developments have pleaded guilty to the corporate manslaughter of Gareth Jones who was killed in January 2013 when a wall collapsed on him on a site in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.


Contractor Trevor Hyatt and project manager Alfred Barker also admitted contravening health and safety regulations. Sentencing is due to take place later this month.
