Success for Community


The Community union has won recognition for hourly paid workers at engineering firm Ironspray, based in Cwmbran, Gwent, under the statutory process. The Central Arbitration Committee awarded recognition without the need for a ballot as it found that 60% of the 20 workers were already union members.
