6% at Securicor

In two separate agreements concluded this month at the Securicor Cash Services and CIT Ltd company, the GMB union has negotiated pay rises of 6%. The rises apply from 1 February 2001 for Operational Staff, and from 1 July 2001 for Administrative and Clerical staff. In addition to basic pay the increase applies to night allowance, unsocial hours payments, shift payments, and London/Home Counties allowances. Other aspects of the package include a £5 rise in the ATM Call-Out allowance, to £30, and an increase in the holiday bonus to £65.19 (taxable) for the payment due in December 2001.
