Insurance group Prudential has introduced a special flexible working pattern during June so that staff can have time off to watch football matches. They will have to give notice of the games they want to watch, preferably a week in advance, and make up the hours at a later date. The company sees its initiative as being consistent with a "work-life balance" approach.
