Pharmacists’ union membership grows
The PDA pharmacists’ union has announced that its membership has hit a record high, increasing by more than 15% in the past two years. It has grown from 28,213 in March 2019 to 32,582 in March 2021.
Among other successes, the last two years have seen the union win its epic recognition battle with Boots chemists and reach a voluntary recognition agreement with LloydsPharmacy.
