Learning reps
The TUC in Wales is taking its training programme for union learning reps online. Participants will be able to access activities via the internet and work interactively with tutors and other course participants.
Julie Cook, head of TUC education in Wales, said: "Last year we trained 110 union learning reps, working in 100 companies, who gave guidance to over 6,500 workers."
