Workplace Report April 2004

One year after the government introduced new rights for working parents, Workplace Report finds that unions are continuing to make gains in maternity, paternity and adoption leave provision above the legal minimum. And our review of the 2003-04 pay round to date reveals subdued earnings growth but potential for improvement in the coming months.
