Correction: sex discrimination
A reader has alerted us to an error in the recently-published LRD booklet, Equality law at work. When discussing the protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010 (EA 10), the text refers interchangeably to “sex or gender”, whereas the statutory prohibition (section 11, EA 10) refers only to sex, and not gender.
