Praise for Starmer

TUC general secretary Paul Nowak praised Keir Starmer’s plans for government laid out at the Labour party conference last month. In particular, he lauded the New Deal for Working People, which he said “will improve working lives for millions”, and the Green Prosperity Plan, which will “deliver investment and good jobs up down the country.”

Nowak said Starmer outlined “a proper plan for repairing and rebuilding Britain” and “showed that he will stand up for working class communities.”
