Unions call for safer call centres
Unions have launched a new guide for call centre workers in the financial sector. The guide is by Liz Cairns from the UNIFI finance union, and published by the Alliance for Finance group of unions. The report concludes that call centres with recognised unions are healthier workplaces with better terms and conditions.
