Vibration white finger pay out

A former railway worker who developed vibration white finger after years of using power drills and jackhammers won a six-figure pay out in August. James McKenna was medically retired in 1999 after 14 years as a trackman and signals technician with British Rail and First Engineering. The Court of Session in Edinburgh awarded him £212,829 damages, mainly for loss of earnings and pension.
