Telegraph Group Pay Deal
l Journalists and editorial staff at the Telegraph and associated publications agreed a three-year pay deal at the end of November, linked to inflation. The agreement gives 2% for 2009, 1.5% in 2010 and in the third year if RPI falls between 1.5% and 3.5% the pay rise will be 2.5%. If inflation falls outside these limits negotiations will reopen.
