Calculating a week's pay

It is important to know what makes up a "week's pay" because this is used to calculate redundancy pay and the basic award for unfair dismissal. In the case of WA Armstrong v Borrill (EAT/1124/98) the EAT said that an agricultural worker paid under an agricultural wages order which included a payment for accommodation, should have that amount included in his week's pay.
