Toilet breaks
The TUC and the Hazards safety campaign have launched the "Gotta go" campaign to change the law on toilet breaks. While the law requires employers to provide toilets for their staff, some employers penalise workers for going to the loo, and the TUC wants workers to have the right to go when they want, with no loss of pay.
