Status of Bulgarian unions confirmed
Bulgaria’s two main union confederations — KNSB and KT Podkrepa — have maintained their status as nationally representative union confederations.
This status gives them seats on a range of tripartite bodies, where the employers and the government are also present.
It also guarantees them collective bargaining rights. Their representative status is reviewed every four years.
