Shoulder injury compensation

Janice Gibson, a Sunderland postal worker and CWU member has gained more than £5,000 in compensation from Royal Mail as a result of shoulder injuries gained from carrying too many heavy postbags. Royal Mail failed to ensure that Janice had somewhere to leave her pouch boxes when making deliveries in tower blocks.
