* We've heard that the government is going to publish the names of all those who take employment tribunal cases. Won't this be something employers could use to screen out job applicants?

There was a proposal to publish a database containing the names of tribunal applicants and respondents (employers). However, after an outcry from unions and other organisations the government announced in August this year that it would shelve the plans.
