UNISON activist to chair ACAS
Rita Donaghy, a long-term member of the national executive council of
public services union UNISON, has been appointed as chair of the
Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS).
Donaghy is president of the TUC until this month's Congress and is also
currently on the Low Pay Commission and the Equal Opportunities
Commission Task Group on Equal Pay.
