Recognition
Finance union UNIFI has gained union recognition in Providian Card Services, owned by Barclaycard, after a 91% vote in favour by staff. Providian employs nearly 500 staff in London and Crawley.
Meanwhile members of the T&G general union at Grosvenor Casinos have voted in favour of union recognition by 589 votes to 15. The union has called on the company to sign a deal immediately.
