Bias in law jobs
A report by the government-appointed Judicial Appointments Commission has found that the legal profession and the judiciary are infected by "systematic bias" against women and people from ethnic minorities.
The report says that women are being pushed out of the profession through lack of family-friendly policies while ethnic minority lawyers are less likely to get jobs in the private sector.
