Violence at work

Violence and harassment in the workplace is on the increase throughout the European Union (EU), according to a report by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. Researchers found that about 10% of the EU's working population have experienced physical or psychological harassment in their workplace.

The report also shows that sexual harassment at work is commonplace in all European countries, but often goes unreported due to fear of being ostracised and job loss.
