Q: Have the courts heard any claims yet under the information and consultation regulations?
A: Complaints brought under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 are brought to the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) rather than the courts.
At the time of writing, the CAC is dealing with three complaints, but decisions have not yet been made. Once they have been decided, details will be available at www.cac.gov.uk
