Time limit on pensions claims
The House of Lords has confirmed that the time limit for equal pay pensions claims following a business transfer runs from the date that employment with the old employer ended.
The ruling was made in a case involving workers who only became aware of their equal pension rights through a European ruling made some time after their transfer.
