Tribunals task force

Last month the government announced that it was setting up a taskforce to look at the needs of users (in particular individual applicants and small businesses) in how the tribunals system operates. The taskforce is supposed to report by the spring of next year and to make recommendations on how the tribunals can be more efficient and cost effective, against a background of a rising number of cases.
