TUC brown book
The Health and Safety Executive has agreed that the TUC can produce its own version of the Safety Representatives and Safety Committee Regulations and Guidance (known as the Brown Book). The TUC will not charge for the book, which will be used only for training and educational purposes.
The TUC version, which will be in A4 format, will be available in the new year.
