Carriage of dangerous goods regulations

New regulations on the carriage of dangerous goods by road and rail came into force on 10 May. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 (SI 2004 No 568) consolidate over a dozen previous regulations and implement European directives.
