Workers' Safety Advisers

The government has announced the third round of awards through the Workers’ Safety Adviser (WSA) Challenge Fund, which aims to increase worker involvement and consultation.

The only union-led bid to be funded was headed by the UCATT construction union, and will receive £80,000 for three WSAs.

But unions were involved as partners in three of the other 12 successful bids.
