LRD executive committee nominations

Nominations are invited from affiliated organisations and individuals for the 16 places on the LRD executive committee and for the honorary treasurer.

There are currently 15 members on the committee with 10 (including the treasurer) nominated by national unions - Amicus, AUT, Connect, CWU, NUJ, PCS, POA, Prospect, RMT and TGWU.

Three members have been nominated by local branches of Amicus while another was nominated by Brent Trades Council and the South East Region of the TUC. The other member was nominated by a joint union committee.

The nominations are for the year April 2006 to March 2007 and should be received by Friday 27 January 2006.

The committee meets on the third Monday of the month at 2.30pm at the LRD offices.
