Equality audit
One of the main research projects LRD staff worked on over the past year was an equality audit of TUC unions.
The project involved drawing up a detailed questionnaire asking unions for information about their equality policies and practices in particular what they have managed to achieve through collective bargaining (see "Equality audit shows the extent of union successes" elsewhere in this issue).
