TUC publishes guide to banning the bullies
The TUC has produced guidance on preventing workplace bullying in advance of Ban Bullying at Work day on 7 November.
Offering a comprehensive definition of bullying together with material on the law and how safety reps can intervene, the guidance also explains the safeguards needed to make any anti-bullying policy effective.
