The term sexual diversity is intended to include everyone who identifies themselves as gay, lesbian bisexual or transgendered. This book brings together a range of contributions from academics and others specialising in sexual diversity issues. It includes two contributions on the UK - one from Paul Greasley of LAGER (Lesbian and Gay Employment Rights) looking at British trade unions and sexual diversity and the other from Fiona Colgan of the University of North London focusing on public services union UNISON. The remaining 13 contributions range geographically from Canada to Hawaii and the South Pacific to the United States. A fascinating examination of an area of union activity relatively little explored to date.
