Modern union reps
A tripartite statement on the role of modern trade union representatives is to be drawn up by the TUC, the CBI employers’ organisation and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
Evidence will be taken from a range of organisations and experts on how management and lay union representatives have worked positively together. The statement will be published towards the end of this year.
