What’s new on Payline?

Payline is LRD’s unique database of negotiated agreements, with data on pay and a host of other contractual terms. To make Payline easier to access, we have improved the appearance of the front page and included a user guide once you log in.

Payline now also contains information on organisations that have conducted equal pay audits. Of particular interest will be reps’ and officials’ views of their outcomes. Click on the equal opportunities report link on the front page of Payline to view these.

Plus, Payline pay data is now much easier to analyse by sector, as you can specify the time period you wish to search, making it easier to look at pay medians over a longer period or for one month only.
