Leaders in Learning
The TUC’s learning organisation, unionlearn, has produced a new publication called Leaders in learning detailing case study evidence of how employers and unions working together can deliver workplace learning for mutual benefit. Among the organisations included that have developed successful learning partnerships are Boots Logistics, Fletchers Bakery, JCB and the Crown Prosecution Service.
