Rep of the year
The TUC’s health and safety rep of the year is Julie Knight of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She works for an NHS physiotherapy department that covers five counties, looking after the health and safety of her colleagues and also patients. She said: “I have increased my knowledge on several aspects of the role, including how to negotiate with management and problem solving.”
