Round two for JJB
Workers at JJB Sports distribution warehouse in Wigan, who recently returned to work following a pay dispute and row over the use of agency workers (see Labour Research, December 2006) could be out on strike again.
This time the issue, according to the GMB general union, is the company's refusal to honour the agreement that ended the previous dispute, which called for all grievances associated with the dispute to be withdrawn.
