New case management agenda
The employment tribunals have published an updated template for the case management agenda which must be completed by the parties in many tribunal claims. This stage can be confusing for unrepresented claimants.
It is similar to the old agenda but is intended to be easier to use by including simplified language and making other changes.
These include the parties informing the judge of any vulnerability or disability and any adjustments needed; claimants having to state explicitly if they want reinstatement or re-engagement; and unrepresented parties no longer having to complete the section about the issues for the tribunal to decide.
