Congress House

The TUC is reviewing options for the future of its Congress House head office, the Morning Star reports. It is considering whether to invest in the Grade 2-listed building to meet environmental standards, or sell it to buy a smaller building.

A TUC spokeswoman told the paper: “This review is driven by the costs of upgrading Congress House to meet modern environmental standards, by the current office rental market and by the fall in demand for conferences and events following the pandemic.”
