Recognition
The IWGB union has gained a statutory right to collectively bargain on behalf of non-managerial staff of the Sheffield Wildlife Trust. The win came after the Central Arbitration Committee confirmed that a majority of the 58 staff were already members of the union.
Meanwhile, the Communication Workers Union achieved union recognition for 51 technical and engineering staff at defence technology company Saab UK.
