More paid time off has been won in the rail and food sectors.
Greater Anglia, the Abellio train franchise in East Anglia, has increased maternity pay to 12 weeks full pay, 14 weeks half pay and 13 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay. Paternity leave entitlement is now two weeks on full pay.
Meanwhile, bereavement leave at snacks group Golden Wonder has extended to one day for grandparents.
